One2one Mentors Directory
QLBS offer a detailed and rich environment to facilitate the learning process. Our Improvement Models are supported through workshops, self-guided learning through multi-media as well as working with a Mentor or facilitator.
The Mentors Directory allows users of the Centers of Excellence to select a mentor based on information provided about them such as case history, specializations and certifications. This further ehances the one2one performance improvement experience where both parties generate accountability and motivation to measure sustainable results.
Visual Media Trainer (VMT)
The Visual Media Trainer provides an integrated training environment directly from the Centre of Excellence site.
Through the VMT, learners work at their own pace and enjoy a tailored eLearning environment that reinforces the learning experience with multimedia and assessments.
