THE QIMONO PLATFORM

Design - Building Best Practice Models:

Best Practice Models define how you would like your organization to be operating at some stage in the future. It is based on successful practices identified by the organization or recognized by the industry or thought leaders on the methods, processes and resources required for superior outcomes. The Diagnostic platform can draw from a Library of these models and has the software and processes that enable you to develop your own.

Examples:

  • A model of a High performing Non Profit organization developed for the City of San Jose to improve returns from its funding of Non profits in the region.
  • A model of the ways in which cities should manage their utility assets as used to evaluate the City of San Francisco
  • A model of Strategic WorkForce planning as developed by Rolls Royce and British Aerospace to help drive skills development strategy in the Manufacturing sector.

Unlike rigid and generic international standards, our Best Practice Model tools are built to incorporate both best practices and specific intermediate client goals. Many of our models are designed for self-assessment via a web-based platform.

ConfigQ is used by experts to develop the questionnaires/criteria.  The ConfigQ software enables an organization to create, develop or modify their own digital criteria (assessment), giving complete flexibility and control.

Config is also used to manage the data from uploaded assessments when creating analysis views.  It is the powerhouse behind the Qimono platform and underscores the uniqueness.

ConfigQ allows the criteria designer to add such features as:-

  • Hints  - these are suggestions that can be attached to questions within the criteria to help the user in answering the question
  • Weightings – attaching different values to different questions within the criteria depending on the importance compared with other questions
  • Language settings – the criteria can be written in most languages
  • Scoring options – For example Yes/No, or percentage allocation, Likert scales etc
